Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The location was fantastic-just minutes from Disneyland! The room amenities, including a fridge and microwave, added a nice touch!

Sadly, cleanliness was lacking, with dust settling on surfaces and some questionable stains on linens.

Spoiler alert, it's worth it!

This place was a wonderful surprise. My room was spacious, with a fridge and microwave. I enjoyed a restful sleep in a comfortable bed, with a refreshing air conditioning system. Plus, being just a short walk from Knotts Berry Farm. Perfect for families looking for convenience and comfort.

Perfectly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful and prime just off the amusement parks as well as mall, Knotts Berry Farms, grocery stores. The staff were very amiable, I loved them all. Large room, that also was budget with fridge and microwave. The restaurant was at a moderate distance from the venue. I've had a good stay on vacation.

First off, let me tell you about the culinary gems nearby! Domino's Pizza is just a hop away for a quick bite, and if you're craving some serious flavor, The Kickin' Crab is where it's at with those spicy seafood delights. And three queen beds. Quick check-in was the cherry on top.

Now, on the downside, those walls in our room were looking like they had a tough life-peeling and stained like a worn-out movie set. We even had a cricket that would make a chirpy cameo at night! While everything outside looked alright, it was a bit sketchy inside with it being barely tolerable.

Room was nice and clean, no issues getting to the room and comfortable. It was close to Knotts Berry Farm which is another reason we chose it. No breakfast as advertised due to not getting there food license.

nice room, liked the courtyard outside. Was only there a day so didn't have too much time to tour the area, but when i did venture out there was quite a bit in walking distance.
